I earned my bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in corporate valuation from Budapest University of Economics.During my university years, I also obtained the trader, options, and futures market exams at the Broker Training Foundation. I completed my studies at the Doctoral School of Business and Management Sciences at the University of Kaposvár, where I earned my doctoral degree.
I gained experience at several Hungarian commercial banks and their risk capital management firms, as well as consulting companies. I have significant expertise in treasury transactions, corporate finance, capital market advisory, state aid regulations, and green finance/ESG. I continue my career as the President and CEO of Stradamus Ltd., starting from April 2022. My primary goal is to establish Stradamus as a regionally recognized consulting firm that operates in partnership, focusing on sustainability in today’s challenging investment and financing environment.
I received my degree from Budapest University of Economics in international business and economics diplomacy. During my studies, I focused on international finance, stock market operations, economic diplomacy, and environmental economics.
I gathered professional experience at various Hungarian investment service providers as a corporate and stock market analyst. Additionally, I supported corporate transactions with valuation work. I possess extensive knowledge in a wide range of financial markets and investments and have participated in several Hungarian stock market listings. Since 2019, I have been working as a management consultant, specializing in financial analysis and valuation, feasibility studies, and sustainable corporate finance and ESG advisory services. I continue my career as a co-owner and member of the board of directors of Stradamus Ltd. from May 2022. In my work, I primarily lead the green corporate finance and ESG advisory services business unit, while also actively supporting our financing and capital market advisory services.
My undergraduate degree is in agricultural engineering, which I chose initially due to my commitment to nature and the environment. I aimed to expand and specialize my knowledge at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where I obtained a master’s degree in environmental and regional economics in 2021.
In my previous roles, as a strategic expert, I participated in the implementation of several international projects, both in professional and coordination roles, These works allowed me to represent the professional standpoint at international conferences. In the last year and a half, I have been involved in advisory work, related to green financial solutions. In addition to the above, I currently fulfill the coordination tasks of a national flagship project.
Wágner Hanna

I began my professional journey at the Universities of Amsterdam and Örebro, where I obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sustainability development. Following this, I worked in Brussels at EFRAG, where I initially assisted in agnostic work and internal regulation development, and later continued as a writer of sector-specific standards. This experience allowed me to gain deeper insights into ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and understand the challenges and opportunities that businesses face.
As the next step, I started working as an ESG consultant, directly supporting businesses affected by ESG obligations, whether they are small and medium-sized enterprises or multinational corporations.
At Stradamus Ltd., I continue to support ESG regulatory compliance, including preparing sustainability reports, ESG transformation processes, and developing ESG strategies. My goal is to assist clients in effectively implementing ESG practices while contributing to shaping a sustainable future and meeting increasingly stringent regulatory expectations.

During my studies, I completed my undergraduate degree in administration and organization at the National University of Public Service, followed by a master’s degree in public administration expertise and administrative leadership specialization. Following my university years, I enriched my knowledge with qualifications in European Union grant writing and project management, as well as event organization, further expanding my professional opportunities in efficient project planning and implementation.
In my previous work experiences, I gained extensive experience in effectively managing business processes, establishing organizational structures, and client management, with particular emphasis on my work in law firms and the public sector. These experiences enriched me with valuable insights and allowed me to be involved in handling numerous complex cases and projects.
